DiveBar Terms of Service

Thank you for using DiveBar. By registering as a bar owner and using our platform to promote your bar, events, and specials, you agree to the following terms:

DiveBar is a SaaS platform that helps bars promote their business to local users through a mobile app and web dashboard. By signing up, you gain access to features such as bar listings, event creation, analytics, and promotional tools.

• You must be an authorized representative of a bar, restaurant, or similar establishment.
• All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• DiveBar offers paid subscriptions with monthly, semi-annual, and annual billing options. A 30-day free trial is available for new bars.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
• If you cancel, your bar will be hidden from the DiveBar iOS app at the end of the billing cycle or trial.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

• Bar visibility in the app, event creation, and access to analytics are tied to your subscription status.
• If your subscription is canceled or payment fails, certain features may be disabled.
• DiveBar reserves the right to change available features with notice.

• You retain rights to your uploaded content (e.g. logos, event flyers, announcements).
• By uploading content, you grant DiveBar the right to display, promote, and distribute it within the app and on related channels.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, appropriate, and does not violate intellectual property rights.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• DiveBar may remove or suspend your bar for violations of this agreement, including abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

• We collect and store personal data including your name, email, business address, and analytics.
• Data is used solely to operate the DiveBar platform and improve our services. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

DiveBar is not liable for loss of revenue, customer traffic, or issues resulting from inaccurate listings, technical problems, or service interruptions.

DiveBar may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-dashboard notification.
